Lay-buy Terms and Conditions

Requirements

  • A deposit of 30% of the total item cost is required.
  • A valid identification document (ID, Driver's License, or Passport) is required.

Lay-Buy Period

3 Months

  • After 3 months, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

If canceled within:

  • 1 Month → 10% handling fee on the amount already paid
  • 2 Months → 15% handling fee on the amount already paid
  • 3 Months → 20% handling fee on the amount already paid
  • After 3 Months → No refunds

Refunds will only be processed to the lay-buy account holder.
An original identification document must be presented to management before any refund is issued.

Release

  • Lay-buy items will only be released once fully paid.

Expiry of Lay-Buy

  • Lay-buy items must be collected within 3 months.
  • If not collected within this period, the lay-buy will be considered canceled, and the funds will be used to cover administrative costs.
