Lay-bye Terms and Conditions

Deposit
The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the item.

 

Lay-bye Period:
  • 3 Months
  • After 3 Months there will be no refund.

Canellations & Refund

if cancelled within:

  • 1 Month = 10% handling fee of money already paid
  • 2 Month = 15% handling fee of money already paid
  • 3 Month = 20% handling fee of money already paid

After 3 months = No refunds.

If a refund is done, the money will be paid to the lay-bye account holder and no one else.
Original identification documents must be presented to management before any refund is released.

Release:
Lay-bye will only be released once the item is fully paid for.

Expiry of Lay-bye: Within 3 Months
If the Lay-bye is not collected within 3 months it is deemed cancelled and money will be used to cover admin costs.
