Store to Door DeliveriesFree Delivery: Orders above N$200.00 are eligible for free delivery during weekdays.
Delivery: Orders below N$200.00 incur a N$10.00 delivery fee.
Availability: This service is only for customers in Windhoek. Customers outside Windhoek must choose a different courier option and are responsible for any courier fees.
Identification: The person accepting delivery may need to show ID. Anyone at the delivery address is considered authorized to accept delivery.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is present, the driver will retain the products and attempt to contact you. Additional delivery fees may apply, and we are not responsible for delays.
Receipt Confirmation: The recipient must sign a delivery note to confirm receipt.
Special Medicines: Medicines requiring refrigeration and controlled drugs must be collected in-store.

Online Shopping DeliveryCourier Liability: When using your preferred courier outside Windhoek, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the courier.
